What you can hold us to

Every line here is either a clause in our terms and conditions or something you can check on the day. None of it is a slogan.

• The price is agreed before we start

  You are told what it costs on the confirmation call. If extra work turns out to be needed, we stop and ask — we do not add it to the bill and explain afterwards.

• You know who is coming

  Every technician is background-checked and trained by us, and you get their name before they arrive. Nobody turns up unannounced.

• Thirty days to tell us it is wrong

  Not happy with a clean? We come back and redo it at no charge, for thirty days. It is a term of the contract, not a favour, and it is in writing.

• You pay after, not before

  Check the work first. Then pay by UPI, card or cash. We ask for money up front only for materials on a large job, and we say so in the quote.

• Damage is our problem, not yours

  If our team breaks something, we repair, replace or compensate — and we do not take it out of the technician’s pay. The risk of doing the work belongs to the business.

• A person answers the phone

  Bookings are confirmed by a call from someone who can actually answer questions about the job. Kollam is not big enough to hide behind a ticketing system.
